Ever since the move, I am unable to "email" my blog to post.  Everything should be set up correctly, It just doesn't workie.

nope everything has stayed the same.  I even went in and changed it both in the plesk end and on my blog's end to see if that was the problem, but my blog doesn't seem to be taking the email.  Maybe we needed to change some more stuff in a config file?
